Information you give us which may come through the completion of forms on the Site, or by corresponding with us by ‘phone, email or other service.  This includes requests for a quote or participation in blogs.

The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, financial information, personal description and photograph, amongst other information.

 

Information we receive from other sources for example if you visit the site we may automatically collect technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet. We may collect information about the pages that you visit on the site, or searched for, any download errors, lengths of visits to certain pages, information such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs, and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call us.

We may use the information you give us to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with information and services that you request from us. Also to provide you with information about other services that we offer that are similar to those you have already enquired about.

If you would like a copy of the information we hold for you an email request will be sufficient. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know so that it can be corrected.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access we have put in place physical, managerial and electronic procedures.  Although we do our best to protect your data the transmission of any data via the internet is not completely secure. We do our best to protect your information.
