Meet Me!

Following many years working within education firstly as a teacher, then achieving headship, it quickly became apparent, from regular feedback and requests that I had a talent for listening to, and talking with, people. Often they would reach out to me to engage in conversation regarding areas of their personal and work lives.  I love being able to support others as they grow and develop. I take a great deal of pleasure from engaging with others and making a difference. More often than not, the answers all lie within ourselves. 

It's all about how we discover them!

As my career moved on I decided to develop my skills further and studied NLP. I’m now a qualified ‘Master Practitioner’.  This was the most enlightening, and personally challenging, extended process I’ve ever been through. However, so exciting and stimulating as it was, I went further and became an accredited NLP Coach. The best decision I ever made!

Since qualifying my coaching has led to work in primary school settings and for local authorities eg; Birmingham (in a senior leadership role), Nottingham, Staffordshire, Jersey and Derbyshire (as an external facilitator and coach), and have been asked to return to work in specific settings in, for example, Wolverhampton.

I was excited to be invited to work in Dubai for a company who wanted facilitated training and coaching support for their teams.

I have coached individual clients from large companies eg: IBM, (an equal opportunities leader) and Diagio plc (communications leader) as well as others in smaller businesses across the country.  I’ve highly valued the opportunities to engage in deep coaching conversations, observing the amazing impact those conversations have produced eg: a growth in personal confidence, a belief in oneself, career development.

We will work together and identify your personal outcomes, have the opportunity to ask those meaningful questions that ensure forward focussed momentum.  Coaching with me will help you to set foot on the pathway towards the outcomes that you desperately seek.
